- Gift Card is electronic
- Gift Card will be delivered to your email address after 24 hours from checkout (once the full order has been processed and the payment transferred to CHRONOS bank account).
- The Gift Card is active, as you receive it on your email.
- The Gift Card expires after 2 months from checkout.
- The amount can be spent only for once time order.
- Delivery of products purchased with the Gift Card is free in Georgia, and the amount of delivery will be added for transportation abroad.
- CHRONOS is not responsible for the loss delivery, sending Gift Card to an incorrect email address, or used without permission.
- Gift Cards may not be returned. If you return products you have purchased using Gift Card, the amount of money equal to the cost of product will be returned to your gift card account.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving the payment.
Shipping cost will depend on your country of destination.
Shipping may take up to 7-14 working days.
Once the order has left the warehouse, delivery redirection is not possible.
Worldwide shipping cost will be count during checkout and will depend on your country of destination.
We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and not working days.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to receive delivery, we will redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery cost
CHRONOS does not take responsibility for any additional charges incurred including return shipping costs and does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
Please note that CHRONOS does not deliver to hotels.

Shipping to Georgia is free
Shipping may take up to 1-2 working days in Tbilisi, 2-5 working days in regions of Georgia.
Once the order has left the warehouse, delivery redirection is not possible.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to receive delivery, we will redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery cost
Exchange & Returns
WORLDWIDE
We do not have international exchange / return services.
GEORGIA
If you decide to exchange / return the purchased jewelry, it must be returned to us within 48 hours after delivery, to a pre-agreed address.
Please note that CHRONOS does not cover re-shipping fees in case of return and exchange. About shipping fee, you will be notified in advance.
The item is exchanged / returned only in the first condition (undamaged jewelry, annotation, packaging). Before you send the jewelry it is necessary to send the photos.
We do not take responsibility for the loss of the shipped item.
In case of return, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 3-5 working days, with the difference of the shipping fee.
