The item is exchanged / returned only in the first condition (undamaged jewelry, annotation, packaging). Before you send the jewelry it is necessary to send the photos.
We do not take responsibility for the loss of the shipped item.
In case of return, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 3-5 working days, with the difference of the shipping fee.
